Being a part of Infobip comes with its perks and benefits. You can build your engineering career and grow professionally in a global unicorn, along with 800+ other brilliant engineers. Besides that, let's can explore the many other ways Infobip keeps the engineering powerhouse running.
Grow while building a global in-house product
For most engineers that join Infobip this is the first time they have the opportunity to deal with projects of such scale, as an in-house product. That means incredible room for growth, helping you become a better engineer.
A new engineer's 6 month onboarding plan
We try to be very direct about how challenging it is to work in Infobip and how complex our ecosystem is. Does that make you a bit anxious about how will you get a hang of things and find your way around? Totally understandable.
Making you feel welcome and ensuring a good onboarding experience isn't just a great welcome package with a cool mug. Although, worry not - we have those too.
That's why at Infobip we actually have a structured onboarding plan that lasts roughly 6 months and evolves with your progress over the course of 1, 3 and 6 months. Each new engineer gets a tailor-made onboarding plan containing all relevant information, instructions and materials needed for your smooth onboarding. The plan also outlines the basic expectations for each of that time frame so you can easily follow your progress.
These onboarding plans are different for different positions, backgrounds and seniority levels .If you'll be working in Java and React and you've previously worked with Java and Angular, some part of your onboarding will be focused on learning React; or if you are a junior with no experience with working as a part of agile team, you'll be learning about that too. During your onboarding process, you will get a dedicated mentor that will keep track of your progress and be your go to person in case you need anything. They will also make sure you get a real feel of our engineering culture along with the rest of your team!

Next? Career development!
You've gone through our selection process, got hired (congrats!), gone through your onboarding and you're loving it here with us at Infobip. What now?
Having a clear path towards the next step in your engineering career is an important part of everyone's professional growth.
In Engineering we have two distinct career paths - the Technical and Leadership path. Before choosing which path to focus on, each engineer goes through growth from Junior to Senior Software Engineer. Our Engineering Job Architecture has a clear description of each role and what is expected from you. Following the architecture helps you make a realistic assessment of your current skills and competencies, and also where you need more development in order to make your next move.
Your Engineering Manager (one of the roles in our Leadership path) will provide support with your career development. From working on your plan together - making it more or less structured based on your preferences, to regular 1-on-1s where you discuss your progress, to yearly performance reviews.
When we say growth - we don't just mean vertical. We support your growth in whichever direction you want to take it. So if you decide Engineering is no longer a place for you or you wish to switch from one Engineering scope to another - we are there to provide support through our Internal Mobility program. Our Offices and Campus (Pangea and Alpha Centauri)
Our offices provide a great place for collaboration, brainstorming or finding some peace and quiet for your most challenging tasks. And when facing a mid-day slump, grab a pick me up from the kitchen stacked with seasonal fruit, coffee and tea. If you need to step back for a moment form that piece of code you've been starring at for hours - you might want to take a break and relax with table tennis, chess or PlayStation.
Vodnjan and Zagreb are homes to our Pangea and Alpha Centauri campuses which are more than just a place of work for us. Each of our campuses was designed with the needs of our employees in mind, as well as the needs of the community. So our campuses are often the point of gathering for our employees globally and are buzzing with people. Also, they often serve as a place to host community events, programs and trainings. We are currently building our third campus in Sarajevo, B&H.
Flexible Schedule
In Infobip we have daily flexible working schedule you can tailor to your lifestyle needs. We are aware our employees have different habits and lifestyles, so we don't expect everyone to work following the same schedule. In Infobip employees may start their working day anytime from 7 am to 10 am based on their preferences.
Team-Based Team Buildings
A healthy balance of work and play keeps our team bond strong. And our teams sure know how to have fun (check out our Instagram)!
Each team member has an annual budget of 60 EUR that can be distributed on multiple team building events throughout the year. The team agrees on the best way to spend time together with their Line Manager and send a team building request through a simple form. The team then proceeds to organize the activity. If they need help from other departments such as Travel, they can request it.
Besides that, we also organize company or office wide seasonal team buildings usually in summer and winter.
